Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance.

Only after crossing the property’s orange tree grove will you discover this beautiful and elegant house. Nested in the heart of the Soller valley, it offers a haven of peace and tranquility whilst remaining close to the city of Soller (a 15min walk).

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool (salted water, size:13m x 4m and depth:1.3m up to 2.1m) with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana.

The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

After entering the house, you will discover a vast space that includes a a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. This living room has a television which allows you to access several channels.

Two rooms are located on the ground floor : they can each hold two people, and are equipped with queen-sized beds. One of the rooms has its own integrated bathroom. The floor also offers another bathroom, next to the second room. Each bathroom has an italian shower and toilets. An independent toilet and a laundry room (equipped with a washing machine and a dryer) are also located at this floor.

House is well equiped (TV, Hifi, Domotic, Kitchen,…) and includes a floor heating which is very convenient during winter months.

Equipment for children (upon request) : high chair, travel cot, potty chair.

Cleaning will be done before your arrival and every 7 days.

All the practical information (on the appliances available, etc) are grouped in a booklet that is in the house.

The swimming pool is not enclosed, however it is place in front of the house to facilitate surveillance.

The parking is protected with a reed screening, and can hold up to 4 cars.

Big garden et orange trees which allow for privacy and quietness. Garden and orange trees are regularly taken care of.

The town of Sóller in the northwest of Mallorca became wealthy because of the valley’s abundant citrus groves. In the 19th century, when the area was isolated from the rest of Mallorca by mountains, the oranges were shipped to France from the nearby west coast Port de Sóller.

Many locals went to work in France and returned – their fortunes duly made – to build some of the handsome Modernista properties that grace this town today.
